The staff were really helpful. We had the queen room which was brand-new. - Had such facilities like cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. - the location of the hotel was incredible, nice to repurpose a local landmark.

The stuff was very friendly and amazingly attentive, doing great job. The room was good sized and brand-new and it had hair dryers, a bidet and bath robes, that's cool. Everything was amazing, including comfortable room decor. The private parking was onsite, good service.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were awful.

Kate provided outstanding assistance and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

I had a really nice stay at this first-rate hotel over the weekend. The location was excellent, close to the upper parking garage area. The double room was gorgeous and included amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and robes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is situated next to a local landmark. I found a great lunch/dinner spot, Metro Express, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The view from this hotel was absolutely amazing with a stunning sunset over the city skyline. The location was perfect within walking distance to all major attractions and close to the subway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
